Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have reportedly welcomed their first child together.
The 32-year-old reality star and her 36-year-old rapper boyfriend announced they were expecting late last year.
Although Kim was due to deliver the baby in July, TMZ reports she had her child this weekend.
According to the website she gave birth to a daughter at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles Saturday morning. Both mother and baby are in good health.
It was rumoured Kanye West did not want to be in the delivery room during Kim's labour, but sources say he was in the hospital supporting the mother of his child throughout.
Apparently Kanye "cancelled his appearance at his own record release party last night when Kim told him she was feeling 'a little off.' "
During a performance at Revel resort in Atlantic City last December Kanye told the 5,000 concertgoers to "stop the music and make noise for my baby mama," and that it was the "most amazing thing".
Kim was in the audience as he broke the news.
Most recently the couple have been embroiled in scandal. Canadian model-and-bartender Leyla Ghobadi, 24, claimed in an interview with America's Star magazine that she was sexually involved with Kanye during his relationship with Kim.
Leyla said she and Kanye engaged in sexual activity twice three months after Kim and Kanye started dating.
However the rapper has denied being unfaithful to the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star.
"This most recent attack on Kanye West and his family is totally without merit," his publicist told TMZ. "It's a blatant attempt by a misguided individual who is clearly seeking publicity, and another in a series of malicious stories drummed up by non-credible 'news' sources. This is a sad attempt to hurt two people trying to live their lives."
Kim's divorce from ex-husband Kris Humphries was finalised earlier this month. They separated after just 72 days of marriage in 2011.
