While at her birthday party on Friday at TAO nightclub at the Venetian in Las Vegas, the nearly 30-year-old dished all about her naked W magazine photoshoot to US entertainment show Extra.
She said: "No matter what, a nude photo shoot definitely make you a little bit nervous.
"The fact that they wanted me for their art issue was such an honour, I'm so glad the final product was amazing."
As she says goodbye to her '20s this week, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star bought herself a $250,000 Rolls-Royce Ghost as a present.
She added: "I buy myself a birthday and Christmas gift each year and I thought at 30 I'd go all-out."
