Kim Kardashian ‘relies on family to approve love life’

The reality television star recently split from American footballer Miles Austin. The pair got on well but struggled to find time for romance because they were each so busy.

Before that, Kim dated sportsman Reggie Bush. That relationship is also thought to have been affected by her job, with Reggie said to feel uncomfortable about the intense scrutiny Kim’s life receives.

The star insists she is happy on her own, and has vowed to only date men her sisters Kourtney and Khloé and mother Kris Jenner approve of. “Kim always needs her family’s green light before she can take a relationship seriously,” a source explained to Us Magazine.

Khloé has publicly said she thinks Kim needs to date an older businessman, and some of her other friends agree. They worry the 29-year-old is too engrossed in her career to find love, but Kim is adamant she has her priorities right.

“Kim has a multi-million-dollar empire. Her business is her life,” a source explained.
