The reality star, who is set to marry NBA star Kris Humphries later this year, called in to the New York store with her sister Kourtney, as part of her hunt for the perfect dress.
Kim, 30, and Kourtney, 32, chatted with Vera Wang, and younger sister Khloe who used the designer for her wedding to Lamar Odom.
'She did mine, so I hope she does [Kim's],' Khloe told E! News. 'Just because I love her, and I feel like when you think of weddings, you think of Vera Wang. I think it would be a perfect fit.'
Wang has also designed dresses for the likes of Victoria Beckham, Mariah Carey and Sarah Michelle Geller, although it is not yet clear if Kim will decide to follow in their footsteps.
