According to E!Online, the pair will be the face of Skechers' 'Shaping Up With the Kardashians' challenge.
The centerpiece of the fitness challenge, which begins in 2011, will see the pair working out in Skechers Shape-up athletic shoes.
The competition encourages fans to join in their New Year efforts to get fit and is part of a marketing deal with the shoe company.
Kim, 30, told EOnline.com: "Shape-ups have already impacted my fitness routine for the better.
"I am always on-the-move and never know exactly when I can fit in my next workout."
Kris, 55, added: "I am constantly on my feet, running from one appearance to the next, but with Shape-ups, I am always working out, even when I'm working."
