Kim Kardashian 'so used to getting her own way'

Kim Kardashian is reportedly "furious" that she is unable to control her divorce proceedings.

Kim famously married basketball player Kris in a lavish wedding in August 2011, which was shown on TV. However, the 32-year-old reality star filed for divorce just 72 days later after realising the union couldn't last.

Divorce proceedings are agonisingly slow and the first trial hearing has been set for May 6.

Kris has refused to walk away with a simple dissolution as he claims the wedding was fraudulent and Kim used their marriage for publicity.

"Kim is furious that Kris is not letting her just get divorced," a source told Star magazine.

"She's so used to getting her own way, not being able to control him is really messing with her."

Kim is now pregnant with musician Kanye West's child.

Kris accused the star of cheating on him with Kanye and several other men while they were still in a relationship together.

Apparently the athlete is vehement about going to trial because he wants the world to witness the truth.

"He is determined to have his day in court and expose all of Kim's dirty secrets," the source said.

"This is going to get ugly."

It was recently revealed that Kris' former attorney Marshall Waller parted ways from the athlete after citing an "irremediable breakdown of the attorney-client relationship", in documents obtained by TMZ.

After reports of the pair butting heads over ways to proceed with Kris' high-profile divorce for quite some time, the US website revealed that Marshall "made it clear to his client... there are no legal grounds for annulling his marriage to Kim, because there's absolutely no evidence of fraud."
