The reality star wore a Jay Mendel dress for the Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party in LA on Sunday night, and revealed that it took her all afternoon to prepare.
She told Us Magazine, 'It took about three hours. But not continuous. I stopped and ate, made some calls - it was a lazy three hours.'
She teamed the navy gown with Lorraine Schwartz sapphire earrings, and said, 'When you play around with all of the jewellery and find the right dress, it just works out.'
But on a more serious note, she revealed that she fully supports Elton's charity work, having experienced first-hand the devastating impact of AIDS.
'When I was a little girl, one of my mum's friends passed away from AIDS, so from a really young age, we became very well aware of the disease,' she said.
'It's really cool that Elton puts his name with a cause that is so close to his heart. The glitz and the glam are fine, but when you come to an event with a good cause, it makes it even better.'
