Lady Antebellum have created a full Christmas album, which will be released in October.
Lady Antebellum have recorded a Christmas album.
The country group - made up of Hillary Scott, Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood - is following up 'Own The Night' with a festive LP entitled 'On This Winter's Night', which will be released on October 22.
It will feature 11 traditional Christmas songs and one original song.
Dave reveals the album was recorded in the summer, and to get into a holiday spirit they decorated the studio.
He said: "We recorded this album in two sections, but both times were in the summertime.
"It is always weird to be in the studio working on Christmas music in June and July, so we decorated the entire studio, we really did. We brought out lights, fake trees and decorated the place to get in the Christmas spirit. You'd leave the studio, and it'd be 100 degrees out in Nashville, but nonetheless, a great experience."
The album is the band's second festive offering, following on from 2010's 'A Merry Little Christmas'.
