Fans of Lady Gaga have expressed their frustration after Amazon's 99 cent (60p) offer to buy the singer's new album 'Born This Way' suffered technical problems.
The online retailer made the album available for the slashed price on Monday (May 23) through its new Cloud Drive service.
But the music locker platform struggled to cope with demand and many fans experienced connection problems.
One fan said: “I was really excited about this deal and I was thinking about purchasing a copy for my girlfriend in addition to purchasing my own.
“However, I can only access six of the songs on my cloud drive, so I don’t think I’ll be purchasing another copy. The other songs appear in my cloud, but I’m unable to download or even play them.”
Despite the hitch, Lady Gaga is still on course to top the US and UK album charts this weekend.
