The Born This Way singer wore a skin tight black dress cut to the navel and sky high stiletto boots as she strutted out of the Chateau Marmont (Thurs) after giving out dozens of 'love letters' to patient 'little monster' fans who had been waiting for a glimpse of their idol since 7am.
Gaga, 25, also had her assistants send out McDonalds and bottled water to fans, police and waiting photographers before she finally emerged about 5pm.
With her trademark platinum locks and scarlet red lipstick the pop icon waved to waiting fans and was engulfed by excited 'monsters' – the nickname she gives her followers – before security whisked her away to film the Jimmy Kimmel show in a waiting black Escalade.
The 'love letter' to fans arrived with the McDonalds and water and read, on Chateau Marmont headed paper: 'Dear Little Monsters, thank you for singing to me all day and night.
'I love you with all my heart. You make everyday worth living.
'Kisses to the cops for keeping you safe.
'Love, Lady Gaga.'
