Lady Gaga joined Yoko Ono onstage at a tribute gig to Beatles star John Lennon in Los Angeles on Saturday (October 2).
The singer was one of a host of special guests who performed alongside the We Are Plastic Ono Band.
Wearing a see-through catsuit, Lady Gaga accompanied Lennon’s widow Ono and son Sean on two songs.
At one point, Ono, 77, paid tribute to Lady Gaga, thanking her for being “so brilliant and such an inspiration to so many women”.
The pair also performed one song on top of piano.
In a message on Twitter, Lady Gaga wrote: “I got to sit in as a guest musician tonight, what a legendary band+mother, Yoko.”
RZA, Thurston Moore and Kim Gordon of Sonic Youth were also among the musical guests, reports the LA Times.
The near three-hour long concert ended with a group performance of ‘Give Peace A Chance’.
Lennon, who was shot dead in 1980, would have celebrated his 70th birthday this weekend.
