Lady Gaga has been named the most overrated act in a recent Billboard poll.
The singer topped the poll with 30% of the vote, followed by Britney Spears (29%) and Justin Bieber (21%) as the most overrated music acts of 2011.
However Gaga Gaga has beaten the likes of Adele and Beyonce to be named as the highest-earning female artist of 2011.
The singer, who released her second album 'Born This Way' earlier this year, has made $90 million (£58 million) this year, according to Forbes.
Meanwhile, Lady Gaga is planing to release a track about the death of Princess Diana, it has been reported.
According to The Sun, the singer has wrote the track after dubbing the royal a 'martyr for fame'.
