LADY GAGA has dropped plans to release LoveGame as her next single because of the suggestive lyrics.
The song and the video was banned in Australia last week after concerns over the lyrics which include: "I want to take a ride on your disco stick".
Lady GaGa has now reportedly decided that in order to avoid a similar row in the UK, which could ruin her chances of scoring a third number one, she will release Paparazzi instead.
An insider told the Sun newspaper: "For your first two UK singles to go to number one is amazing and we would like to try and carry that on."
GaGa's debut single Just Dance and her second release Poker Face both topped the UK singles chart in January and March.
Her album The Fame also recently topped the UK albums chart for the first time.
