Lady Gaga has paid tribute to Amy Winehouse, who died on Saturday (July 23).
The singer was found dead at her flat in Camden, North London on Saturday (July 23). She was 27.
On Facebook, Gaga said: ''Amy changed pop music forever, I remember knowing there was hope, and feeling not alone because of her. She lived jazz, she lived the blues.''
Winehouse’s death comes just days after she made a surprise appearance during her god-daughter Dionne Bromfield’s gig in London.
Police have said her death is as yet unexplained.
Tributes have also been paid from her producer Mark Ronson, Lily Allen, Kelly Osbourne and other close friends of the star, as well as the singer’s millions of fans.
