The 'Judas' hitmaker ' who recently split from her boyfriend Luc Carl - owns a huge array of hair pieces which she changes to match her eccentric outfits and she has confessed she likes nothing more than to be on her own playing her piano and admiring her wigs.
She told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "I like being alone. I lived alone for so long when I was in New York City fighting for my shot at stardom, so there is something that is very sentimental to me about time with wigs and a glass of whisky.
"To relax, I like to be by myself. I play piano by myself sometimes. I write poetry, I read and I play with my wigs and I listen to my music."
However, the 25-year-old performer won't be spending much time on her own in the near future because she is planning a huge world tour to promote her new album 'Born This Way'.
She told the Daily Star newspaper: "I'm planning on launching a new tour by the end of the year if not the beginning of next.
"I'm itching like a heroin addict trying to get back on stage. I can't wait."
Gaga insists the run of shows will be bigger than her 'Monster Ball Tour' ' which grossed $139 million worldwide - because she can never imagine making anything less "epic".
She said: "I'll never do a smaller show. It's got to be bigger, bigger, more epic, more of an opus. I don't care where I am in the world, theatrics are part of who I am. I don't do it big for the sake of it."
