The 25-year-old US singer picked up the award for Best Female, Best Song, Best Video and Biggest Fans at the recent ceremony in Belfast.
She also performed her hit new track, Marry The Night, from her album Born This Way and didn't disappoint with her elaborate outfits.
Speaking as she picked up the prize, she said: 'It's an honour to be here. Sorry you can't see me, I've had a lot of Botox.'
Pop singer Justin Bieber also won Best Male as well as Best Pop act while Bruno Mars won Best New Act as well as Best Push artist.
