According to the New York Post, the singer bought supplies for die-hard followers queuing outside the show’s studio from Thursday.
A source told the newspaper: 'Some Gaga fans have been here since Thursday, and she sent everyone in line, around 25 people, boxes of Dunkin' Donuts and Famiglia Pizza. She signed autographs and took pictures with them. Then on Friday she sent everyone coffee.'
And the show’s host, Justin Timberlake, even popped out to chat to everyone waiting.
'He talked to the group but wouldn't do autographs or pictures. He told them how wonderful Gaga is,' the insider said.
