Lady Gaga wants enough children to build "a soccer team".
The songstress is known for her wild stage antics and her avant-garde wardrobe.
Gaga reveals that she also has a very deep maternal nature.
The star wants to have a huge family in the future.
"Yes, I want kids, I want a soccer team and I want a husband," she said in an interview with Oprah Winfrey on her programme Oprah's Next Chapter. "Yeah, I do. Well, you know, I'm being superfluous. I don't want to have one kid. I want to have a few."
Lady Gaga is exceptionally busy preparing for her upcoming Born This Way Ball international concert tour. The star doesn't think she'll find the time for family planning anytime soon.
"I want to experience that [but] not yet," she explained.
Philanthropic Gaga has recently launched her non-profit the Born This Way Foundation. The charity supports self-expression and encourages young people to establish strong networks of support in their communities.
Gaga is elated with how the organisation will transform lives.
"I just have one thing to say before we get started: We got Oprah! Thank you from all of us - from my entire team, from my mother, from the bottom of the hearts of so many people who believe in what we're doing today," Gaga gushed. "How can we inspire young people to know they have the power to be brave?"
The Born This Way Ball tour will begin on April 27 in Seoul, South Korea.
