The former Hills star recently said she was headed back to MTV to film another reality series and the 24-year-old has now opened up in the new issue of US Weekly magazine about what to expect from the show.
The programme will document what it takes for a famous young woman to build a company from scratch.
It will focus on Lauren's fashion label, Paper Crown, and feature two of her oldest friends, Maura McManus and Gary Samuelian.
As to whether her boyfriend Kyle Howard will be on camera, Conrad hasn't ruled it out.
She said: 'It's hard to say yet if he'll be on the show, certain aspects of my relationship I want to keep to myself, but it's not like I'm going to stop myself from talking about him.'
Another aspect to the new show is that it will try to be more real than her previous show The Hills, as Lauren's fame won't be hidden.
She added: 'Then, PAs would hold back paparazzi so their shadows wouldn't get in the way, now if a mic gets in the shot, it's not a big deal.'
