Lea Michele reportedly misses Cory Monteith "every day".
The 27-year-old actress and her Glee co-stars paid tribute to their late cast mate and her boyfriend of two years in an episode of the US series that aired on Thursday.
Three months after his fatal overdose, a source tells People.com Lea still "talks about Cory all the time".
"[She] still misses him every day," the source said.
Cory passed away on July 13 after consuming a lethal mix of heroin and alcohol, according to a toxicology report.
The 31-year-old's death has deeply affected the actress, who insiders say still "doesn't like to be alone", although the grieving process seems to be getting easier.
"She really struggled. It was hard to get up every morning. But now, she's doing okay," a source said.
An insider told British magazine Look earlier this month Lea is leaning on her ex-boyfriend for support.
Theo Stockman, who dated the actress from 2010 to 2011, has apparently been her rock during this tough time.
"Of course, Lea is broken by Cory's death. That isn't going to change in the near future, and I think she's accepted that things will be tough for quite a long time. But Theo's support is definitely helping her," a source said.
"The fact he got in contact wasn't a surprise, but his unwavering optimism and ability to make her laugh is really helping."
