Lil'Kim gave birth to her first child on Monday.
The 39-year-old rapper's daughter was born at 9:58 a.m. EST at Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey, her representative confirmed to E! News.
Royal Reign weighed 6lbs 5oz and was 19.5 inches.
The Brooklyn rapper, whose real name is Kimberly Denise Jones, initially kept the father a secret. However, in February is New York-based rapper Mr. Papers confirmed the child is his.
"I'm so excited," she said earlier this year in an interview with Us Weekly. "I'm a few months along, I can't wait to be a mom."
Lil' Kim announced the pregnancy in February at a MAC Cosmetics after-party. "My little boo boo is coming! My little baby boo, my sunshine!" she exclaimed to E! News.
In April she revealed that she was expecting a "lil' princess".
"Happy Easter everyone!!!!" she wrote on Instagram a photo of a pink baby shower save-the-date.
"What a perfect day to share this wonderful news with U," she continued. "The fab @davidtutera (event planner) is throwing my royal baby shower for my lil' princess 5/10/14!!! (sic)."
"Everything had a royal twist," Kim spilled to In Touch Weekly about her baby shower in New York City. "At the beginning of the party, I was announced as the queen with two trumpeters and even wore a crown!"
