Lindsay Lohan may lapse back into drug and alcohol abuse if she doesn't get more court-ordered therapy according to her rehab that has treated her, and the judge agreed according to TMZ.

Then he writes a warning: "If these sessions are not required by the court and attendance verified once a month to ensure accountability, it is a set up for almost certain failure."
Cliffside Malibu is considered one of the most successful and prestigious of the higher end rehab centers where many executives and celebrities have regained sobriety. Mr. Taite also authored the bestselling book "Ending Addiction For Good."
The judge agreed in open court this morning, and ordered that Lindsay stay in therapy and prove a year from November that she's in compliance.
Her attorney Shawn Holley showed up with proof Lindsay successfully completed her 90 days of rehab.
