Rising Atlanta rapper Rome Fortune has released his latest collaboration with Suicideyear, promising 'No Drugs Anymore'.
The reflective, spacey track addresses the negative aspects of narcotics and discusses temptations in all their incarnations. Fresh from the realease of his Small World EP, this murky, melancholy offering sees the rapper delivering some wounded, heavily auto-tuned vocals over some slow, wavy sythns.
On his attraction to electronic producers and his more experimental collaborations, Fortune says: "I guess people who have unique styles of production, they’re more encouraged to want to mess with me because they know if it’s solid production, I’m going to take a stab at it...I listen to Soulection on Soundcloud. I listen to mostly instrumentals and remixes and stuff"
