Marie Osmond feels "fine" after being released from hospital.
The 52-year-old singer visited the emergency room at a local medical centre in Las Vegas last Wednesday. Marie was diagnosed with a severe case of bronchitis.
She is recuperating well from the illness.
"I'm fine," Marie told People magazine. "I had a cough. I'm doing really well. It was a big deal that was made from nothing. I feel great."
Marie felt so good that she was able to perform a full 90-minute concert with her brother Donny Osmond less than 24 hours after she was released from hospital.
"Getting ready for the doll signing," she posted on Twitter on Saturday, shortly before her performance at a signing commemorating the 20th anniversary of her doll line designs. "Should I wear red to be festive???.or just stay in my hospital gown since I'm in a coma!! ? ;) LOL (sic)."
Marie is in extremely positive spirits about her health. The songstress feels that her enthusiasm may have aided in her speedy recovery.
"I think I laughed my bronchitis away. So much better (sic)!" she tweeted.
Donny & Marie performances are hosted at the Flamingo hotel in Las Vegas Tuesdays to Saturdays.
