Mark Wahlberg is selling his home for $15.9 million.
The 'Max Payne' star - who has three children, four-year-old Ella, two-year-old Michael and one-month-old Brendan Joseph, with fiance Rhea Durham - has put the luxury Beverly Hills property on the market because he wants a less extravagant home for his family.
The mansion boasts 10-and-a-half bathrooms, a 2,500 sq ft gym, a boxing ring and basketball court.
The 1.4-acre estate also features a state-of-the-art home theatre, a pool with a grotto and cascading waterfall and a putting green. Mark recently revealed he and Rhea are planning to marry next summer.
The 37-year-old actor said: "We're talking about getting married in August. It's a good month." Earlier this year, Mark hinted he was finally ready to tie the knot by referring to Rhea as his "future wife" while talking about his birthday celebrations on June 5.
He said: "I had a beautiful day with my kids and my future wife. We went to brunch."
