The duo have been working together for the last two decades but they are now set to make their own separate shows for the BBC.
According to UK newspaper The Sun, the pair had been set to make a second series of their show Come Fly With Me but sources at the BBC claim these plans are no longer going ahead.
Instead, Walliams, 39, is said to be working on a new classroom comedy as well as his new Sky One show Wall of Fame.
Lucas, 37, will also be returning to the West End play Les Miserables as well as fronting The Matt Lucas Awards.
