Matthew Morrison: Dancing is sexy

The star is well known for playing Will Schuester in American high school show Glee, about a group of misfits who enjoy singing. Matthew has performed on Broadway in the past, and loves spending his days singing and dancing.

Although he is passionate about the performing arts, Matthew says his potential girlfriends don’t have to have good vocal chords. They must be prepared to throw some shapes on the dancefloor though, as that is Matthew’s favourite pastime.

“I could date someone who was tone deaf but, if they couldn’t dance, that would be a problem! I love movement – it is so sexual and sensual,” he explained.

The 31-year-old says he always treats women well when he is dating. He enjoys spoiling partners and lavishing them with attention, and is the most romantic person he knows.

“It’s because I grew up doing theatre, my influences were Shakespeare and all these beautiful love stories,” he told Company magazine. “When I fall, I fall hard and fast.”
