Matthew Morrison only stands on his head when he's "really tired" and needs an "energy boost".
The Glee star insists reports he does headstands every evening are grossly exaggerated. He does enjoy being upside down, but it is a rare occurrence.
"I only do that when I'm really tired. We work long hours on set and if I'm tired and I need a boost of energy… it does [work], it rushes the blood to the head. [You don't need to do it for] too long, maybe like 30 seconds," he said.
Matthew portrays Will Schuester on American TV show Glee. Many big name stars have made cameo appearances on the programme, with Gwyneth Paltrow one of the most high profile.
Matthew loved working with Gwyneth, explaining she threw herself into the musical performances.
"I didn't [know she could sing] either. She was wonderful. It's probably my favourite time on the show, working with her," he said on UK TV show Lorraine. "We had great fun, dancing and singing together. She's become a great friend of mine."
