Overview
The 32-year-old Glee star said that he once had an alfresco romp with an ex-girlfriend, and that he wanted to try and recreate the moment in the song.
He told Contact Music, 'I wanted to capture a moment in time that I had with an ex-girlfriend. It was such a beautiful moment and it was about being young and in New York. It's something that when I'm 65, I'll look back and be like, 'That was an awesome moment'.
'I really wanted to make a song out of it. It was actually the first song I wrote on the album.'
