Matthew Ryan is one of America's best songwriters. He has quietly gone about his work for ten years now, releasing 11 albums while sharing stories and stages along the way with Lucinda Williams, Badly Drawn Boy and Turin Brakes. Celebrated author Nick Hornby and songwriters Josh Rouse, Kasey Chambers and Mark Knopfler are fans.

In addition to May's Matthew Ryan vs. The Silver State, his most accomplished and visceral work to date, Matthew is releasing a Double A Side/DL featuring two stand-out tracks, 'Hold on Firefly' and 'Jane, I Still Feel The Same'.

The single, out on July 8th through One Little Indian will coincide with a UK/Ireland tour in late June and early July.
