Mel B has a diary locked in Spice Girls storage - but doesn't think her former bandmates will ever let her publish it.
The singer was one fifth of the girl band, alongside Victoria Beckham, Mel C, Geri Halliwell and Emma Bunton. They are celebrating their 20th anniversary in 2016, which has prompted Mel B to reminisce about their days together.
"(I kept a diary) and I would make all the girls write in it. It's in my Spice Girls storage. There's about 20 boxes of stuff," she told Britain's Heat magazine.
"I don't think the girls would allow (me to publish it)! It's good fun reading for me. We were young, fun and out there doing our thing. Nothing in there would make me feel embarrassed because I don't really get embarrassed."
There are some things Mel B regrets about her time with the band - mostly when it comes to remembering all the countries they travelled to.
"I'd say (to the younger me), 'Collect matchboxes and magnets from wherever you go,'" she said. "One thing I regret doing it when we travelled the world, we went to so many different places, hotels, restaurants, touristy things, regular things, in the hood things, but rather than just having a memory, I wish I'd collected something psychical, so I can go, 'Oh, that's from Tokyo,' or, 'That's from Russia.'"
Mel B is immensely proud of her time with the group, which enjoyed hits like Wannabe and 2 Become 1. She calls them the "poster children for girl power" and hopes they proved how important it is that women love and respect each other.
As far as an anniversary reunion goes, she's ruling nothing out. "We're definitely in talks, but as to what actually happens, we'll see. We're trying to figure it out right now. I don't want to jinx myself, but I think it would be great if we got up onstage together. I'm kind of working on that."
