Melanie 'Mel B' Brown hopes the Spice Girls will reunite for their anniversary next year.
The popular British girl band, comprised of Mel B 'Scary Spice', Melanie 'Mel C/Sporty Spice' Chisholm, Emma 'Baby Spice' Bunton, Geri 'Ginger Spice' Halliwell and Victoria 'Posh Spice' Beckham, was one of the biggest acts of the Nineties.
The Spice Girls reunited to perform at the 2012 Summer Olympics closing ceremony in London and 39-year-old songstress Mel B is hoping they'll put on another show in 2016.
"I mean, we got together for the Olympics and nobody thought that we were going to get together for that," she told E! News. "Next year is our 20th anniversary so we'll see. Maybe we'll do something. Who knows?"
Meanwhile the ladies are getting prepared for Geri's forthcoming wedding to Formula One Team Principal, Christian Horner.
Geri's engagement was announced in November of last year and America's Got Talent judge Mel B says her Spice Girls bandmates are all excited about the nuptials.
"We talk a lot and we text and we Facetime. I was just Facetiming Geri the other day, she's about to get married so we're going to go over to England for her wedding," Mel B smiled.
Apparently Geri is eager for every Spice Girls member to attend the ceremony.
However, it's claimed she doesn't want the paparazzi to descend on her nuptials.
"Geri really wants all the Spice Girls to be there," an insider told UK newspaper The Mirror previously.
"But she thinks it will be too much of a circus if they're her bridesmaids and wants the big day to be a celebration of her and Christian's relationship rather than it being about the band."
