MEL C said she was very surprised to give birth to a girl as she had strong premonitions that her baby would be a boy.
The former Spice Girl gave birth to daughter Scarlett last month and said she and partner Thomas Starr had no idea what the baby's sex was.
But Sporty Spice, real name Melanie Chisholm, said she had been expecting a boy, after having recurring dreams about a revealing scan of her baby.
She said: "I surprised myself by wanting a surprise. I was even having nightmares that in the scan I saw a little willy or something."
