Spice Girls star Melanie Chisholm has split from her long-term partner.
The singer, also known as Mel C, broke up with Thomas Starr after ten years together, reports British newspaper The Sun.
The couple have a three-year-old daughter Scarlet together and shared a home in North London.
A spokesperson for the 38-year-old star has confirmed the news.
"Mel tried to keep her relationship out of the spotlight after meeting the property developer on holiday," reports the publication. "In May she had spoken of their plans to have more kids."
The news come shortly after Mel reunited with her former bandmates Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton, Melanie Brown and Geri Halliwell to announce the launch of upcoming musical Viva Forever!, which is based around the group's biggest hits.
In a recent interview, the singer hinted she was entering a new chapter in her life.
"This year a new door has opened for me, and I'm curious to know what's going to happen next," she told UK magazine Good Housekeeping. "But doing this feels like my life has gone full circle and I'm back to my original passion – performing."
