Mel C admits it's "no surprise" that Victoria Beckham isn't interested in performing with the Spice Girls.
The stars made up the popular girl band with Mel B, Geri Halliwell and Emma Bunton.
Despite reuniting for one-off performances, Victoria - formerly known as Posh Spice - has been concentrating on her career as a designer.
Mel isn't sure if a reunion minus the fashion mogul could be on the cards.
"I don't know. It's no surprise to anyone that Victoria's heart isn't in performing anymore, she's gone on to be so successful in fashion, which is incredible and I have so much respect for her for doing that, she's worked really hard to get there," she revealed to the British edition of OK! magazine.
"It's amazing when you think about coming from a pop group and going into the fashion world - she's so bl***y good at it and she's put her heart and soul into it, we all respect and support her 100 per cent."
The Spice Girls reunited for the end of the London Olympics last year, performing at the spectacular closing ceremony.
Every member also juggles motherhood with their careers and Mel says they try to meet up with the children in tow as often as possible.
"We try to see each other as much as we can," she smiled.
"Geri and Emma [live nearby] so we tend to see each other more, but whenever Melanie's back in town we hook up. Now Victoria lives here [in London] we see her less which is crazy, but she's back in LA at the moment. We try and get together and get the kids together."
Mel has four-year-old daughter Scarlet with her ex-boyfriend Thomas Starr.
The singer is currently single, but wouldn't rule out expanding her brood in the future.
"I'd love to have another child," she said.
"If I found myself in that situation, that would be great."
