Gibson Guitar and The Alarm's Mike Peters are partnering to bring the world's first guitar with robotic technology, the Gibson Robot Guitar, to life on Monday Dec 3rd 2007 at 12.00pm at the Gibson Guitar Studio in London's West End.
True to the spirit of innovation, Gibson Guitar is set to make musical history with the invention of the world's first guitar with robotic technology.
Mike Peters lead singer of the legendary welsh rock group The Alarm and active charity fundraiser recently performed the world's highest-ever concert at Everest's base camp. Mike is a founder of the Love Hope Strength Foundation, an organisation which aims to provide funding for cancer research projects and build a support network for cancer patients worldwide. The Alarm's many hits include Sixty Eight Guns, A New South Wales, Rescue Me and Blaze of Glory to name a few.
The public and press are invited to attend this sneak peak and exclusive event hosted by Mike Peters who will demonstrate and perform with the world's 1st run limited edition version of the Gibson Les Paul Robot Guitar. A question and answer session will follow.
