Absolute Radio and Hard Rock Cafe have today announced Miles Kane will be performing an intimate session at the Hard Rock Cafe London as part of the iconic restaurant's 40th Anniversary celebrations.
Former frontman of The Rascals, and one-half of the platinum selling The Last Shadow Puppets, Miles is now an esteemed solo artist in his own right. May 2011 saw the release of 'Colour of The Trap', Miles' debut solo album with critics proclaiming it as 'a little slab of pop perfection' and hailing Miles as 'one of Britain's landmark composers'.
Absolute Radio loved the music so much that the singles 'nhaler' and 'Rearrange' flew straight onto the playlist and catapulted Miles in front of a new audience.
Absolute Radio DJ Geoff Lloyd will be announcing details of the gigs live on Absolute Radio and said, 'Miles is the perfect mix of charismatic frontman and solid musician. Colour of the Trap is a fantastic debut album but you get the sense there's so much more to come from Miles. The gig at Hard Rock Café will be a great chance for fans to see him up close'
The Hard Rock Cafe London celebrated its 40th anniversary this year and will host the exclusive gig. Tickets can only be won by tuning into Absolute Radio, or visiting www.absoluteradio.co.uk. Fans can listen to the broadcast on 25th September from 10pm as part of the 'Sunday Night Music Club'.
