Miley Cyrus' burglars were reportedly "armed with a handgun" at the time of the robbery.
The Bangerz singer's home was plundered on Friday May 30 and the thieves left the premises with jewellery, purses, clothes and a $135,000 Maserati vehicle.
TMZ is now reporting the suspects, who have been identified as 19-year-old Tylor Scott and his 21-year-old girlfriend Naomi Charles, were "packing heat" when they entered Miley's residence. The alleged gun was apparently stolen in another robbery and the outlet claims Tylor has been charged with Grand Theft Firearm for being in possession of the weapon.
Tylor and Naomi, both aspiring models, were arrested last week. The pair were walking together on a North Hollywood street when authorities recognised their faces from security surveillance video and subsequently took them into custody.
After they were arrested Tylor and Naomi were charged with numerous felonies, including residential burglary. They are being held in jail on $50,000 bail.
Naomi, a Los Angeles resident, is an aspiring fitness model. Her beau Tylor is an Arizona native and moved to the LA area in March of this year to pursue his own modelling career.
He has an extensive criminal record in his home state of Arizona which includes a shoplifting conviction and he's also wanted for theft, burglary and drug possession crimes.
Fortunately police have confirmed all of Miley's property has been recovered, including her expensive Maserati luxury car.
No one was at home when the singer's house was robbed.
