Miley Cyrus has been hospitalised in Kansas City, Missouri.
The 21-year-old Wrecking Ball singer revealed to fans on Twitter she's been feeling ill in the past couple of days.
And apparently the antibiotics she was taking to get better actually made her condition worse, as she was rushed to hospital for a severe allergic reaction to the medication.
The singer had to cancel her show in the city as a result, and she tweeted an apology to fans from her hospital bed.
"Kansas I promise Im as ? as you are. I wanted so badly 2 b there 2night. ? Not being with yall makes me feel shittier than I already do ?," Miley wrote on Twitter after the cancellation notice was sent to ticket holders.
"Mr. Octopussy & some amazing Drs are taking good care of me ?"
This isn't the first time this month Miley has cancelled a concert due to illness.
The singer was due to perform at the Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte, North Carolina, on Monday April 7, but pulled out just half an hour before she was supposed to be on stage.
E! News reported at the time she suffered from severe "throat and sinus" issues, which could have been caused by the flu.
Just yesterday, Miley said she was experiencing similar symptoms, which suggests she may have suffered a relapse.
"why is this cough coming back ? #sorethroat #feelingnobueno," she wrote to followers. "I woke up like disssss #SICK ???… fever fever go away."
