Miley Cyrus keeps quiet on Schwarzenegger

Miley Cyrus has made no mention of her supposed split from Patrick Schwarzenegger on her social media accounts.

The bleached blonde star is rumoured to have broken up with Patrick, son of movie hardman Arnold and US journalist Maria Shriver, after dating for nearly five months.

Instead of any post-break up tweets or Instagram posts, Miley has been updating fans with 420 messages. 420 is a day celebrated on April 20 by people who enjoy cannabis. One photo the 22 year-old-singer shared was of herself lighting a bong between her legs. It was taken after Sunday night's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame event, where Miley's friend Joan Jett, 56, was inducted.

To mark the occasion, Miley showed off her bare chest in a revealing dress. Pink hearts covered her nipples, with the pasties featuring Joan's initials embossed on them. She also sported hairy armpits.

Another 420 photo Miley uploaded was of her lighting a joint when she took to the stage at the MTV Europe Music Awards in 2013. She captioned the shot "4 f**king 20".

Patrick has been equally as elusive on social media. He's been tweeting about low-cost pizzas and uploading photos of his pet pooch.

Sources told People magazine that the showbiz couple parted ways after realising how different their lives were.

"It's not a break. It's done," the insider said.

"They're just in two different places in their lives – he's in college and she's focused on her music and career."

Miley and Patrick hit trouble last month when pictures surfaced of Patrick getting close to another girl during a holiday in Mexico.

Last week insiders say the relationship was hanging by a thread, which now appears to have been severed.
