E! News reports that Miley Cyrus and Benji Madden were making out at Bootsy Bellows, where Miley celebrated Halloween with a big group of friends.
The Bootsy Bellows/Ciroc Vodka Halloween party around midnight was where the singer joined Kelly Osbourne and her fiancй Matthew Mosshart to party.
The source adds that the pals were both laughing and giggling and were definitely in the mood to party.
"They were dancing and just really getting into the spirit of things," the E! source says. "Kelly didn't stay very long and so after catching up with Miley she left."
The Good Charlotte guitarist was in attendance with owner John Terzian, and Miles and Madden reportedly had some sparks and were also seen leaving the club together with a group of friends.
