Kicking off her week with a delicious dinner out, Miley Cyrus was spotted at Mr. Chow in Los Angeles last night (October 4). The “Hannah Montana” actress looked to be thoroughly enjoying herself as she strolled out of the restaurant with a few gal pals. From there, Miley & Co. made their way to the nearby Millions of Milkshakes for a tasty sweet dessert to cap off the evening. Over the weekend, Miss Cyrus was the subject of a rather popular parody skit on “Saturday Night Live” called “The Miley Cyrus Show,” though she may not have found it flattering...
