Miley Cyrus' parents have sparked speculation they are reuniting.
Earlier this month, the 20-year-old star's mother Tish filed documents to end her marriage to Billy Ray Cyrus. She cited irreconcilable differences on the paperwork.
The couple have been married for 19 years and in 2010 Billy started divorce proceedings, only to drop them the following year.
The singer and his estranged wife have now been photographed having a meal in Hollywood with their 13-year-old daughter Noah. In the shot published on TMZ, Tish is seen clutching on to Billy's arm and nuzzling her face into his neck. The group appear relaxed and happy, sparking rumours the couple could be working through their problems.
In her paperwork, Tish requested full custody of Noah and asked Billy to reimburse her attorney's fees.
When the news was made public Miley took to Twitter in an attempt to get in touch with her dad.
"@billyraycyrus since your texts and email obviously aren't working would you like to talk like this. (sic)" she wrote.
In a later interview with People magazine she was quoted as saying she felt "fine" about the news, although she was concerned for Noah.
Billy and Tash raise five children together. He has previously hit the headlines for admitting he worried that Miley was thrust into the spotlight when she was too young, thanks to her stint on the Disney show Hannah Montana.
"The damn show destroyed my family," he told GQ in 2011. "I'd take it back in a second. For my family to be here and just everybody be OK, safe and sound and happy and normal would have been fantastic. Heck, yeah. I'd erase it all in a second if I could."
He later called his comment "unintentionally" explosive and said he was working on mending his family.
