The Disney starlet - who was hosting the programme - appeared in a spoof chat show called 'Duh! Winning! with Charlie Sheen'.
In the skit, Sheen - played by comedian Bill Hader - invited other recent 'winners' to join him.
They included actors playing Christina Aguilera, who was arrested earlier this week for public intoxication, designer John Galliano, who was sacked by Christian Dior for an alleged anti-Semitic rant, and Libyan leader Colonel Gaddafi, as well as Cyrus as Lohan.
Cyrus, dressed as Lohan, said: 'Things are great. My new movie Herbie opened 68 months ago, and the Los Angeles courthouse just gave me my own parking spot. Winning! Duh!'
Cyrus, 18, also appeared as Justin Bieber and Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie in other sketches.
