Singer Miley Cyrus is looking to further cement her reunion with Liam Hemsworth by reportedly purchasing a home for them.
The former couple first sparked reconciliation rumours over Christmas (15), when the 23-year-old pop star spent the holidays with Liam and his family in his native Australia.
Miley has since been seen wearing her engagement ring, which The Hunger Games actor originally proposed with in 2012.
The stars have yet to comment on their current relationship status, but Cyrus has reportedly purchased a $2.5 million (£1.7 million) four-bedroom house in Malibu, California for the pair to eventually live in together.
"The plan is for Liam to stay there while they reconnect, and then move in permanently when he's ready," a source tells Us Weekly magazine.
The couple originally called off its nuptials in September, 2013 after four years together, but Miley and Liam have spent increasing amounts of time with one another ever since the holidays.
They were reportedly spotted kissing and holding hands at a Golden Globes after party last month (Jan16), and days later, the singer was photographed appearing to move her belongings back into her beau's Malibu, California pad.
"They know what they have is real," a source adds. "Miley needed some time to grow up, but she feels ready for this now."
The couple met in 2009 on the set of the movie The Last Song, and Liam recently admitted he will always love Miley.
"You fall in love with who you fall in love with," he told Men's Fitness magazine. "You can never choose. I guess some people just come with a little more baggage...
"We were together five (sic) years. So I don't think those feelings will ever change. And that's good because that proves to me that it was real. It wasn't just a fling. It really was an important part of my life and always will be."
