Miley went to the Ganapati shop in Sydney, Australia, with her mum Tish on Monday afternoon and bought velvet skirts, cushions, jewellery, dresses and a Tibetan prayer wheel.
Shop owner Sarala Manandhar, 35, said: 'I couldn't believe she came in for a second time!
'She said she really liked the shop because it reminded her of how her home in America is decorated. She's lovely and wrote a note to my two daughters.
“They missed her when she came in before and they missed her again because they were playing in a park.'
Sarala's daughters are Maya, 11, and Tara, nine.
Miley visited the shop last Monday and spent AUD$500.
On her latest visit she was not accompanied by her boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth.
Aussie Liam has remained in Melbourne where his parents live.
Miley performed in Melbourne last week.
She will perform in Adelaide and Perth before leaving Australia.
