Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI).
The 49-year-old rocker was taken into custody in the early hours of Monday morning (28.06.10) in Las Vegas and at the time of writing he is being held in Clark County Jail.
According to gossip website TMZ, his bail has been set at $2,000.
This is not the first time Vince has been trouble with the law. The hellraiser has been arrested on several occasions on allegations of assault and other DUI offences.
Vince's arrest follows Ozzy Osbourne admitting he is nervous about touring with Motley Crue again.
The reformed rock wild man is being joined by the band – which also includes Pamela Anderson's ex-husband Tommy Lee – on his 'Ozzfest' tour and admits even he was shocked by how hard the metal band partied when he last hit the road with them in the 80s.
Ozzy, 61, said: "I haven't toured with those guys since 1984 and that was one of the wildest tours I have ever done. It was like sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll on legs. I hope it's not like that this time. I think we're all too old for all that. I certainly am."
