Born in the winter of 2005, Mr Fogg first came to the world's attention via a self-released E.P, which from a standing start picked up the support of DJs at Radio 1, 6 Music and XFM.
Since then, 7-inches on Worst Case Scenario and Little League and a remix E.P on Spin Out have bothered the airwaves both in the UK and abroad, with live sessions on Radio 2, 6 Music and XFM and continued support from long-term allies at Radio 1, Radio 2, 6 Music and XFM. The name will also be familiar to Creative Zen owners, with the track 'Seciov' pre-loaded in mp3 players across Europe.
Crafting songs on a computer in the dead of night, Mr Fogg discards his laptop for the live arena, instead performing variously with a full live band, a string quartet and a chamber choir, with live dates including Reading and Secret Garden Party festivals and several UK tours.
Taking influences from across the musical spectrum, the resulting music is a mix equal parts intricate electronica and heart-tugging melody, that 'Immediately has the nerve endings going weak at the knees" (Losing Today)
Currently working on his debut with Valgeir Sigur∂sson (Björk, múm, Bonnie Prince Billy) in Iceland, Mr Fogg's debut album is due in May 2009.
