Myleene Klass is intrigued by plastic surgery because of 'Frankenstein'.
The classically trained musician - who is the new presenter of British TV series 'Ten Years Younger' - has been fascinated with cosmetic surgery since she read Mary Shelley's novel at college.
She said: "I'm intrigued for two reasons. One, I studied Mary Shelley's 'Frankenstein' at college. The idea of being able to cut a person was Mary Shelley's nightmare; it was a world that she envisaged. Now everyone talks about it like 'I want to get a cup of coffee.' At the same time I find the process fascinating, because these surgeons, they're artists."
The 30-year-old beauty - who has a 19-month-old daughter Ava with fiancé Graham Quinn - recently admitted she is frequently reduced to tears while presenting the show which sees women's appearances transformed through plastic surgery.
She said: "In fairness, the producers always have a box of tissues on standby for our guests as they tell their stories or for when they watch back the tape to see how old the public think they are, but it's usually me that ends up using them!"
