The Black Swan star, 29, and her choreographer fiancé Benjamin Millepied are believed to have been told the news that they are expecting a son.
A source close to the couple told Life & Style magazine that the parents-to-be have told a 'very small group of family members and friends that they're expecting a son'.
'They are so excited. Benjamin cannot wait to be a father,' the insider added.
The pair met on the set of the award-winning ballet thriller and announced their engagement and the pregnancy in December.
